Physical Health

1. Your fitness-level have to be realistic, set yourself milestones and win long-term. Hardcore-diets are stressful and won't help you to achieve more brain-powerwise. Eat as you feel, but make sure to feel everyday well.

2. If you why is strong enough then is your achievement most likely to gonna happening. If not and you lying to yourself will cost this unnecessary lifetime, be honest with yourself and accept, adopt & improve the real way. Stand you men.
